Episode 15: Representation and Activism in Beer

June 23, 2020

On this episode of the Drink Local Podcast we enjoyed brews from Boomtown, Shipyard and Crowns & Hops while discussing marginalized groups and activism in the craft beer community. We had a lot of fun talking intersectionality, sharing our experiences and listing some great Black, Gay and Latinx breweries. During ‘What Made You Wanna Drink?’ Misa talked about sewing and William talked about people not wearing face masks. Finally, in ‘Questions’ we answered what type of cause we would dedicate a beer to and what type of beer it would be!
