Listening to you talk about Osaka and your trip to Kyoto makes me want to visit Japan again! I’m really excited about the idea of visiting Osaka. Learning about the Japanese style beers was really fascinating! I love how excited you both get reminiscing on your adventures. I have a question, in the introduction to your podcasts, William mentions how craft beer has influenced your culinary preferences, so I’m wondering how craft beer has done that for you? Have you taken part in any beer pairing events?
It was our first time in Osaka, and it was amazing! There are so many spots we wanted to check out that we just didn’t have the time to… I hope you get to visit some day. The food is so good too.
